		Utility detection with the Mala RAMAC/GPR family is made easy by combining the Ramac shielded antenna, the new rugged rough terrain cart and the Innovative Ramac monitor The picture here shows an operator with a rough terrain cart equipped with a Ramac Monitor  and a  250 MHz shielded antennas. The system is self contained with its own battery power supply. During operation the data acquisition is controlled by an Odometer which controls the commencement and cessation  of data acquisition, and enables precise location of utilities

 

Features include:

• the RAMAC/GPR is rugged, lightweight & compact for easy one person operation
• weatherproof, and will reliably operate from -20ºC to +50ºC
• the RAMAC/GPR is fully-battery powered
• Minimal setup is required
• System price  is much lower than conventional GPR systems

• Data is digitally recorded for later processing and insertion into reports of simply for archiving
