Loggers

Data Loggers are the back bone of any borehole logging system. With modern digital sondes the data logger is foremost a telemetry unit controlling the communication line between the probe and the control software. The quality of these devices is only presented when high bandwidth sondes, such as optical and acoustic televiewers, are being run at their maximum sample rate.

With modern computing technology a standard laptop PC is more than acquitted to run the control software permitting the user interface to exploit simple graphical displays to aid the operator to confidently analyse the data in the field.
